SHIPPING & RETURNS
I aim to process all orders and ship them out within 2 working days (Monday-Friday, not including bank holidays) In the unlikely event I can't meet this, I'll contact you and let you know as soon as possible.
All orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class. This is an untracked service, which usually arrives next day, or the day after. Most orders are small enough to fit through your letterbox, but if you place an order for multiple items, then you may find you need to visit your local sorting office if you're not in to receive your parcel. Please look out for the red 'We Missed You' slip from Royal Mail.
UK shipping is FREE across my entire range. I currently only ship within the UK from this website. If you'd like to place an order internationally, please do so through my Etsy shop here.

In the (hopefully unlikely!) event that you need to make a return, please email me (Jess) on firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of placing your order to request a refund.
Unless your item is faulty or damaged, buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage. I advise you use as tracked service, as lost items will not be refunded.
Please be aware refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your bank account.
Custom/personalised items are not eligible for refunds as they're made to order.
I will however send a proof image to you before shipping, to make sure you love it!
